Official rules
- Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of JobNimbus as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Contest.
- Contest Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on May 6, 2024 and ending on May 17, 2024 unless the contest is extended.
- How to Enter: Contestants must submit an entry using the online form provided or the associated hashtag #jnbattleofthebrands on Facebook or Instagram. The entry must fulfill all Contest requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win the prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of JobNimbus. You may not enter more than two images by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices to circumvent the rules. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of JobNimbus.
- Prizes: The Winners of the Contest (the “Winners”) will receive a mix of cash and item prizes. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at JobNimbus’s discretion. The prizes are nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winners. Accepting the prize constitutes permission for JobNimbus to use the Winners’ name, likeness, and entry for advertising without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
- Winners Selection and Notification: The winners will be selected by a community vote and judge’s choice under the supervision of JobNimbus. The Winners will be personally notified within five (5) days following the selection of the Winners. JobNimbus shall have no liability for the Winners’ failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for the Winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winners cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prizes within 3 business days from the time the award notification was sent, the prizes may be forfeited and alternate Winners selected. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY THE WINNERS WILL RESULT IN THE WINNERS’ DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNERS OF THE CONTEST, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNERS WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
